I had relatives visiting me and wanted to buy a bed. I had ordered a Rubber wood queen size bed and was asked to make complete payment before any delivery. I was told delivery and fixing will be next day. Delivery happened the next day but the guys started telling they always fix it only the next day of delivery. The headboard was opened by fixing guy but one of the legs was not nailed at all to the top of the head board. I immediately requested a replacement to which I was promised a replacement the next day (i.e 3rd day from payment). But no one turned up on 3rd day.
I kept calling and they kept giving assuring about being delivered. On 4th day they kept saying the replacement is dispatched. AT EOD fixing guy comes in my absence and starts repairing the broken thing itself. I came and immediately asked to replace it since I didn’t want something broken and asked to either refund the money or replace and fix the bed.
On 5th day I get the replacement and kept getting assurance that it will be fixed by EOD but all their assurances were BS. At EOD everyone’s phone were switched of. It was fixed only on the 7th day from purchase.
The whole point of buying the bed was lost.
I had to make my guests to sleep on mattress put on the floor for the whole week. Please don’t fall prey to their sweet words till you purchase from them. The service is horrible and they don’t care for you once you pay them.
