Sub standard products..Terrible or should I say non existent customer service..they are here just to cheat customers. I brought a Royal Oak shoe rack, TV cabinet, Chest of drawer and bed. The quality of product is very very substandard. I bought it in Feb 2013 and by April 2013, the chest of drawers started falling apart when I kept things inside it.
In july, the shoe rack broke down and fell. I have called at least 15 times to get this repaired. The first time they told me it will get fixed in 4 days but did not give any complaint number. No one called or came. Then I again called back after 6 days just to know that my complaint was never lodged. They then actually lodged a complaint and even after giving my right number, they kept calling my wrong number and closed the complaint as non reachable.
When I call and ask to speak to the customer service head, all I get to hear is that he is busy in a meeting. If he is so busy not to attend a customer, he should not be a customer service head. I want a compensation for all the pain that I have gone through...
