Bought a Queen size bed online from Royal Oak. The cot was delivered as promised. But for installation, they didnt turn up even after many days of crossing the promised date. When I chat online, standard answer is that the installation people will come today or tomorrow. When I call their customer service, the standard answer is that the installation people will come today but we dont know the person name and number.
Got fed up with them and got the cot installed by some other carpenter by spending Rs 900.
The quality of the wooden planks which support the bed are not good, some of them are not single piece but joined. Planning to buy my requirement of king size and twin size cot from a nearby shop. This is my first and last purchase from Royal Oak.
Their installation person is also very rude.
Worst experience. They are losing the repeat customers because of the bad quality and bad service. Their sales team is very good till you purchase and make payment, but God only can help you after that.
