Bad is the right word for the service offered

Royal Oak, the name fits for their products but not for the service.


Below mentioned are about the good and bad experience we had.


We had purchased a Rocking chair on a discounted price from its Electronic City outlet, last July 2019.


The delivered product was defective and we approached the customer care to raise this. Here came the real pain.


We had to approach multiple personnel over phone, but no one helped us.


We had to rush to the store again and check with Mr. Chandu, who was quite convincing but he also turned out to be helpless after some days.


Later we got to know that this is mostly due to the poor coordination among the teams operating in this company.


But we had to blast out our fury on Mr. Chandu, poor chap, must say. He is working hard to keep up the reputation. He helped us a lot to get our replacement.


Finally, after 1 month, we got a replacement but the experience was awful. And we would never ever buy from them.


Pros:


The outlet attendant, name - Mr. Chandu. He is really helpful and its is because of this man we got a replacement of our defective product.


Cons:


Customer support, in fact the worst. They never pick a known number for any resolving issue. Never ever try to get their help, I bet, you won’t get any.


Warehouse manager name - Mr. Varda, this guy does not know how to behave. Don’t call this idiot, he wont help but will raise your anger, BP, etc.


For every buyer from this brand, get all possible contacts while you buy or else you would end up alike us.
