Do not buy any furniture at RoyalOak(I bought at Kammanahalli) . I had ordered a Sofa by mid of Dec 2014, they delivered and installed the Sofa after 5 days(they promised that they will do it in one day).
When the technician came in to fix the Sofa, I could see some scratches and cracks at several places. when I pointed this to the technician, he was ignoring most of what I was complaining about and mentioned that it must be the issue of wear and tear during the transport. Later I realized its the display piece they had delivered when I went to Kammanahalli to collect my receipt and warranty.
The Sofa seat broke within 5 days of very normal use. When I went to complain about the issue they told me to raise a complain and the technician will arrive the next day and fix the issues. And after 10 days of calling up and screaming at the top my voice they send a lousy technician who wanted to do some cheap patch work.
I am going to go the Consumer Court for these issues, I will contact everyone in this forum to join me in raising a complaint in the consumer Court. Avoid RoyalOak and don’t trust the Salesmen in Kamannahalli(my salesman was Suresh).
