Royaloak - Cheap quality, Worst Aftersales service

Don’t ever buy from these cheaters, I am struggling for past 7 weeks to get an issue resolved regarding cracks developed on a Sheeshamwood Dining table. So far the experience is really bad. Customer service executives, Customer support manager, Store manager are all bunch of cheaters and they never stick to their word. Look this video https://youtu.be/QlGpHRXtRKs, it shows the cracks formed on the dining table within 4 months of purchase.


Below are the timeline events:


1.Bought a sheesham wood dining table with 4 chairs, 1 bench, 1 table for 35, 500/- in Royaloak Bannerghatta road branch on 16-Apr-2019


2.Started observing cracks on the complete set by end of August.


3.Tried to contact the store for 3-4 days on the number provided, but no one picked up the call


4.Finally called customer support on Sep14th and shared an email with all the pictures. They promised Technician will visit in 2-3 days, but no one visited.


5.After further followup one person visited on Sep 20th.


6.The technician wanted to fill the cracks and leave, for which I objected and clearly mentioned in the job card that I need a replacement due to the number of cracks observed.


7.Surprisingly customer service team resolved the ticket without even consulting me.


8.After few more days I again contacted customer support and they directed me to get in touch with Store manager(around Sep-27)


9.I went to the store and shared him prints of the pictures and also forwarded the email. I was promised it will be resolved in a week’s time.


10.Even after 10 days it wasn’t resolved and I had to visit the store again on Oct-6th, and this time he promised it will fixed by Oct-9th.


11.Eventually it wasn’t fixed and store manager stopped picking up my phone calls. On Oct-17th I visited the store and after lot of arguments I was provided with the phone number of Customer Service manager.


12.I contacted CS Manager on October 18th and she promised that some one from store will visit my home and ascertain product quality on Oct-19th. She had confirmed that store manager was informed on this and my details were already shared to him.


13.On October-19th, after calling him 10 times picked up the phone and mentioned that one executive will visit by evening 5PM. I was given the phone number of executive as well, but none visited on October-19th.


So far I got a useless product and at the same lost so much time because these people. I really repent on purchasing product from this kind of store.
