Dear All, Pls think twice before visiting Royal oak for anything. Till now I bought 4 times from dem in last 3 years. 1. Wardrobes 2. Dining set 3. Wardrobe 4. Wardrobe diffent kind. All 4 times dey took more than 10 days to install and lot of follow up required. Every time I go der new people in outlet& dey say now service has improved that dis n all. But I can’t imagine f* service 4 time also. Outlet people will say service team will answer for installation and customer care will say technicians will call. Ultimate we don’t get any call from Royal oak bcoz already they received payment from us.Dey promise delivery& installation in 4 days. Practically they take more than 2 weeks. Pls go to some local shop& buy furniture. It will be better bcoz we can catch hold of people n things will be done immediately. Royal oak is worst.
