Had purchased a sofa set on 13/03/16.
At that time they told it will be delivered within 3 days.but they didn’t and when I called them first of all they are not interested to pick-up the call.when they picked it up at that time they told that I will get it by 19th.on 19th they delivered.and as my sofa need to be assembled they told again I have to wait for 72 hrs for technician to come my home.
So this is the service they are providing to the customer. .
People please confirm your delivery time 3-5 times before purchase.
