Buy from them and be prepared for sleepless nights and stressful days ahead. This primitive company has never heard what customer service or satisfaction is. I made the mistake of ordering a sofa set from them and I’m still suffering because of that.
They have sent damaged pieces over and over again and each time I have tobfollow up again and again to get good pieces. In this world of great customer service by companies like Amazon this royal oak is a bummer and should be stopped from doing business and torturing its customers.
While other companies are working and researching on how to improve customer satisfaction this company has taken PhD on how to make the customer the most unhappy and unsatisfied. Never ever buy from them if you can because I’m never going to again.
