I too had this doubt going through multiple reviews saying the Royal Oak isn’t a good company to buy furniture due to their quality of it and then the delivery time which can take a month as well.
1 seater recliner and 2 seater sofa set took 5 days to deliver and the next day 6th day a guy came up and did the installation as promised by the store manager.
For me, the manager and the other staff from Royal Oak, Marathalli were genuine and they said everything is normally done within 5 days and one day for installation and if the product is damaged then it will take 5 more days but max is 10 days.
I visited Damro, Homestop, Homeshop, Homecentre and Evok. All said that it will take 30 to 50 days for delivery and installation. At least Royal Oak did what they said.
So I am happy with the quality of furniture and the delivery and installation time as well.
