Most crappiest experience ever. Have called customer care and direct number over a 100 times since a week of purchase. Item delivered is defective and there are pending items for installation for which there is no answer or responsiveness.
Even if someone picks the call they will act as if they will just check and cut the call midway! Beware, please do not get fooled by the advt and buy from these people.
