Please avoid buying any furniture from Royaloak. They had delivered open box furniture and when the installation person opened them they all were used pieces packed into one box. Installation person asked for replacement on his service slip and since more than a month I am following up with their customer service by emails and phone calls and no one had responded on this issue. This is the worst place to buy anything and beware of their fraudulent practices of selling used furniture and very poor customer service. They don’t even have a cancellation and refund policy. Don’t fall prey for their attractive discounts and stay away from trouble.
