I have purchased a Book shelf on 12-Mar-2017(Order No - 161703976), product is till not delivered(7-8 months) even after the repeated followups. I had to personally visit the branch to understand that they cannot deliver the product and will refund the money. When asked for refund, they have come up with excuses saying that SAP system has changed and they have to trace the payment details from old system. This is the height of POOR customer service from RoyalOak Outer Ring Road Bangalore. Please refrain from buying any products from this shop
