We visited Royal oak koramangala to buy a 2 seater recliner and set of balcony chairs. This was a new furniture house we were trying. The manager sat on his desk all the time and did not bother moving his rear. Anyway, we placed order for the recliner and since the balcony chairs were available instantly we took them home. The moment we sat on one of the chairs, it broke. We did not want to wait so took it immediately back to store where they first refused to help even after bringing it back immediately, and after we threatened consumer court and social media, they reluctantly agreed to help. The recliner had an exchange offer for old recliner. We got the new one delivered over a month ago but no one has yet made any efforts to reach out to collect the old recliners yet and they are ocuppying so much of space. Guys, there are many furniture showrooms way better in quality of products and services, please do not buy from royal oak and regret spending your hard earned money.
