I am one of the unfortunate customer who brought your sofa set . Soon after one month of usage the sofa leather stated deteriorating . Upper layer is coming out completely . Material used in the sofa is very bad . How can royaloak sell such sub standard sofa’s at high prices . we paid one lakh rupee for this sub standard sofa. After constant followup they said they will replace the leather and took the sofa for one month . After receiving it is disaster. the quality is not even 10% of the original . so shabby work .
My request to all is don’t trust this brand . Don’t trust customer service. Don’t buy
