I’d like to share my experience about ’Royal Oak’ or as someone here said ’Royal Joke’!. No doubt the furniture is very well priced and with a fleet of 10-15 sales people sitting idle as you walk into the Banaswadi showroom it has a very deceptive appearance.
The delivery was done more or less on time but the person to install the furniture took 2 precious weekdays of mine(after taking time out of work) and kept me hanging in the empty apartment for 4 hours on day 1 and 3 hours on day 2. Finally installation was completed to a poor standard(the joints were not flush and insides of the wood were visible at places).
With this I thought my ordeal was over , but the bed support plank has broken within 5 days of usage and now its back to square one with the maintenance people making me cancel appointments and sit and wait for them for hours. It is still not fixed.
After sales service is a very important part of any business and I think royal oak managemnt needs to give it a good shake down.
Either ways, until that happens, I would suggest no one buys from this hellhole.
