I have ordered a King size cot from online store of Royal oak by reading the description and image reference. Earlier to this I had visited the store and physically seen the product. When the product delivered I understood that it is not product I have ordered. Contacted the numbers in the Invoice and website. Everyone started escaping from addressing the issue. All the customer complaints are directed to WhatsApp number, which is designed to cheat the customers and make them clueless, where to go next. In between received truncated mail which was difficult to read but saying they don’t deal with furniture. It was horror of my life that there can be cheaters to this extent, can have big stores across cities fooling the buyers from their dubious business tactics, still no regrets in saying international brands.
