I have ordered the sofa on 9th march 2020 from Royal Oak website. The given delivery date was 21st march 2020. But due to corona lockdown and also as a customer i tried to understand that they are not able to delivering the product on given date. Again when i asked them through their whatsapp number, they said i will get my sofa on 30th May 2020. Now since i have been calling them and emailing them continuously but they are not at all replying to my any messages or any calls. I’m worried that my money is gone to a fraudulent company.It’s been more than 3 months now I didn’t get my product neither i have got any refund from them.Whenenver if you’re lucky and if your calls gets connect to them after several trying, one person name miss Sangeetha will pick up the call and will tell you so many lies. As, they also dont know where your product goes.The customer service is worst and dont trust this company atall.I’m still waiting for my delivery or refund.
