We stayed in Royal Orchid Suite, Whitefield for couple of days. The room rent was nominal and rooms were well maintained. The room service and the housekeeping were prompt.
The hotel boasts of a gym and swimming pool. However, they do not belong to the hotel, but to the adjacent apartment complex. They could be better maintained.
The in house restaurant waiters did a bad job. They were too confused to handle any amount of traffic into the restaurant. They were more busy cribbing about their job rather than attending to customers. They knew little about the menu and ’no, we don’t have it’ was their reply to any of our questions. (even for a cup of tea in the morning!).
I would prefer this hotel for stay, but for a wholesome dining experience, wud prefer some other hotel close by in the same area.
