I book a flat in Palms II and after three years of delay, possession was given to me. To my horror I noticed that there is seepage, cracks on the wall, floor damage, abuses written all over. No electric point in bathroom, No mirror can be fixed above wash basin due to faulty designs. No maintenance the entire building is filthy.
No car parking as promised was provided. This place is not even 5% of what was promised in the brochure.
No club house, Swimming pool has not been seen working till now, this is den of mosquito and people in the locality keep getting sick. Nothing works in Gym. There is no airconditioning and not even a fan. this is the only Gym in the world whihc does not have any ventilation. This builder do not have any certificates of living from MCD. No authorised electric connections.
I guess he bribes heavily to different govt departments and if you see history, he has visited prison quite a few time.
If you wish to buy a flat in Royal Palms. You will curse throughout your life why you purchased. No wonder he is selling at a discounted rates. Ask any one who is living in Royal palms, which is as bad as living in hell.
