We took this product hoping they will be somewhat close to Club Mahindra holidays timeshare program. We made initial payment of a large amount and were told we would be paying maintenance charge every two years. They also officer one week holidays as free.
Once we called for booking they did not respond timely and also we were told that there will be some charges.
In this confusion we couldn’t avail their facility in Shimla, though we went to Shimla, we stayed in Club Mahindra’s resort.
Now they are asking for yearly payment of about 17k.
No. of points cannot be seen online like Club Mahindra.
Booking of resorts cannot be done online like Club Mahindra.
Most of communication done on telephone which has no standing later.
Response to email are generally very delayed.
Have to experience more in coming time. Will keep you posted.
