I owe a Maruti swift, for which I had got an insurance done from Maruti dealership itself.Maruti dealership in turn had approached Royal Sundaram for the same which is one of the leading insurance companies in india., Last month I met with an accident On my way to jaipur, in which my car got damaged from right side . I approached the marketing times Okhla, New Delhi to get my car repaired. Firstly when they gave me an estimate of the repair they explained to me that the insurance company will pay only half of the Money for both the bumpers despite of zero debt and cashless insurance. I agreed upon it as I was left with no other option and had to get my car repaired at the earliest. Marketing times promised to return my car within 5 days., After a span of 5days when I reached the marketing times to take my car back they said they are still waiting for DO from Royal Sundaram so they did not give my car on that day.This was a very unexpected act of theirs., Next day, i again went to take my car, they were still waiting for DO, but when I insisted they gave my car back only on the payment of the entire estimated amount and they even promised to refund the money once they got the Do from Royal Sundaram., Now its almost been a month and despite of regular follow up in both the companies I am still waiting for the Do and my refund.
As a loyal customer I had been feeling the harassment caused by the company.i still have no other option than waiting for the refund, such an act of disgust has broken my trust
