Guys, I am writing this review so that I can save few people from this totally waste company. These people just know how to take the premium but when it comes to claims, they just run away or give stupid excuses. My car got a hit from the right side and because of force I smashed in to the standing bus. Now I got 2 damages, one with right fendor and other in the bonnet. I brought the car to the garage for repair and insurance claim. Surveyor called me and said as there two damages we will have 2 claims for it. I told him the complete story but he was not convinced. I told him I stay nearby, let me come over there but he rudely said that I cant wait I have to go, when I literally shouted on him then he got ready to wait for me for only 5 mins. I reached the garage and asked him why every time when we make claim they have a problem he said its 5 year old car and premium we pay is too small.
I immediately asked to speak to his senior but he was reluctant, when I insisted he made me to speak to Mr. Sunil and to my surprise he also said the same thing that just for 2000-3000 rs . of premium what we expect from them. When it comes to renewal they always beg in front of us but when it comes to claim this company especially make you a beggar.
I would request people who read this review to please avoid getting trapped with Royal Sundaram. its a company run by unprofessionals who dont know what is customer and how to behave with a customer.
