I was looking for four wheeler policy renewal through policy bazar I got reference for royal sundaram. They created policy with wrong registration date, when I informed them vehicle registration is wrong in generated policy PDF through phone and email, there is no response from customer care or even from market person(GOPI / Velmurugan.Srinivasan@royalsundaram.in)
There customer care e mail ID: customer.services@royalsundaram.in is useless.
I don’t know how they treat when policy holders go for insurance claim. I request those are planning to buy car policy renewal beware of such Royal Sundarm.
There service too worst, Policy Bazar don’t refer such worst service provider.
