I have taken this insurance through CITIBANK credit card. I got a hernia operation after one year of taking this insurance and I got admitted in SIMS hospital which is part of their cashless network. After operation during discharge they refused to give me the money and made me sweat blood. Reason is they tell its pre existing. Fortunately I had a master health check up report done at Appollo hospitals(for visa purpose) 5 months before this operation and reports were clear that I had no hernia. Imagine my condition if I did not have this documents. Don’t trust this company. They are big cheats. They do the best to humiliate you and you will be treated like a street dog.
