I am having insurance policy(HL00037489000100) from Royal Sundaram, I had taken this policy for my son’s soft palate treatment. Since its a birth defect I had cross verified with Mr.Vinod and Mr.Krisha who is Manager in Royal Sundaram Bangalore. But Mr.Krishna lied to me stating that I will surely get the money. On top of it they even lied to me that SDM college of Dental Science and Hospital is in Royal sundaram network hospital list.
In spite having one more insurance policy from my office I brought royal sundaram policy and end up in paying full treatment charges from my pocket and the worst part is they did not even return my original medical bills and I could not even claim the amount from my other insurance as well.
I suggest everyone not to go with Royal Sundaram Health insurance policy.
