I hold a health policy hep 0001055000101. These people have gone ahead and debited my son’s card whereas all premiums were being paid thru my primary card . There customer service is so bad that no one wants any responsibility.
Secondly when asked for cancellation of policy the lady who called me was speaking as if I was doing a great crime in cancelling a policy after spending 40 years in the medical field, I dont think I need to be treated in this fashion. Never again with there people .
