No proper customer support- NCB letter

This review is not about experience of insurance claim, as by gods grace I never had to make a claim but it is about their pathetic customer support. I hold a car insurance policy with them and recently I sold my car and booked a new one, I needed NCB letter to get some discounts on insurance on the new car. I am doing email exchanges with their customer support for more than 2 weeks and I paid the charges(Rs 176) for the certificate but till now I haven’t received it. needless to say about the customer support over phone, we can never get them online, the call disconnects at the last menu every time I call. I do not have patience to write the entire details but I will try to upload some emails as proof to prove my feedback about these guys. I request everyone to never ever buy any policies from these guys, because when you need them they are not there.

-first email on Sep30 with all details attached.


-Their response on Oct 6, telling they will send a payment link but not sent in email.


-payment link sent on 13th after repeated emails.


-after payment they haven’t acknowledged yet and still not received my certifcate.




  • called customer support no response. Just try their 18604250000 number u will not get nay response, abruptly disconnects after going through all the menus correctly.




-Their rates for the NCB letter is also high, its from as low as 6 rs to max 100, my friend who booked car along with me got the NCB letter in 4 days couriered to home after paying 6 rs, insurance provider is digit. I tried to attach all pics but I am unable to add more than 2 photos to show all the emails with them.
