Never buy any policy from Royal Sundram. I had bought one car insurance with Royal sundram for more than 2 years. Buying a policy and renewing the same will completed in few seconds but when I want to avail this for accident they didn’t approve my case.
Thses guys are Fake and fraud. They had blacklisted 99.9% hospitals in delhi/ncr for reimbursement and when you will go to IN Network, the word cashless seems to be shame les since you have to pay around 40 to 50% of total bill as they will not make payment explaining blah blah charges.
And the customer care official are so pathetic that they will assure you that you will get a call back with 24 hour which will never happen .
