I have done a Big mistake by ordering product in royal image. They deduct the money for the product and say the product is out of stock. The customer care people English language is so poor that can’t understand what they say and no manners in the speech. They said the amount will be refund. Will see at least the keep their word. I wonder how come all this major Credit card has a partnership with such less discipline organisation?
