Royaloak is engaged in selling fake products. Their delivery is not in time. Their customer care No is not responsive. Their services in all aspects are very poor. They are selling fake products by lucrative images of products.
I am sharing images of their product which failed / broken the very first day. On complaining they say that they had delivered the product in good condition.
Viewers may be the judge, whether a bed is meant for one day use. Has it to be kept like a flower?
Their customer care is not responsive, their whattsapp No is unresponsive. When you complain to them over email, they just don’t reply.
I have filed a case with consumer forum against them for selling fake products and cheating customers and prepared to drag them in court.
They don’t specify type of material used in the product. Don’t ever purchase anything from them. Don’t be a victim of fake products. Unnecessary mental agony is caused. At my home broken bed is occupying space for past two months.
Their executives does not turn up to dismantle or repair or replace the product.
