Booked a sofa set online via the royaloak website on 01-Nov. Committed delivery date was 05-Nov. On 04-Nov, I got a call from a delivery person named Madhu stating he would deliver that same day at 3pm - however, a little later he called and said that the product was out of stock and he was not sure when delivery would happen.
Post that I got an automated message that delivery would happen on 05-Nov. This then became 06-Nov via another message. On 06-Nov, guess what - another message that said that delivery would now happen on 07-Nov! So on a daily basis the delivery date keeps moving. There is no customer service number, no customer service email - just a whatsapp number(+91 63669 22316) and no one gives any commitments or answers other than one boiler-plate message that saysWe will escalate to our delivery team.
I am worried that this is simply money down the drain.
