I had wrongly ordered a table. I tried to cancel and place an order. Their site doesn’t provide a cancel option.
The only way is to contact their customer support is through WhatsApp. Their response through WhatsApp is shoddy.
They confirmed on WhatsApp that they can deliver the product which I need and but they need 15 days. They also confirmed that they are ready to cancel the current order and will be taking care with the same order to deliver the table I wanted. I have all the WhatsApp conversation recorded.
After 15 days they said they need another 15 days for the table I wanted. But suddenly they delivered the same wrong table which was not what I wanted.
They are now not ready to take back and redeliver the table I wanted.
I have attached the screenshots where it can be clearly seen they dont accept cancellations.
The problem with this site is they dont accept cancellations and they dont deliver on time. They also break promises.
Certainly I cant recommend this site to anyone.
