Good Hotel with bad customer service desk.

To start with never ever book rooms through OYO for this particular hotel as they try to cheat customers and try to juice up the early Check-In alibi and extort money. The same incident happened with me when the Receptionist Mr.Sudhir asked me to pay Rs: 700/- extra for early check-in as I was traveling with my wife and we were there for her treatment, and he knew as to how much I was in need. Still they asked me to pay, irrespective of me given an assurance of early check-in at 10:00a.m from the OYO people. The whole incident was miserable and their customer service was horrendous. So Beware.


About the hotel -


PLUSES:


1) Great property. Well furnished and inciting lobby.


2) Spacious rooms and well behaved room service people.


3) Breakfast awesome thou restaurant a bit small.


4) Rooms had all basic amenities well cared for.


5) Wi-Fi was very enduring and fast in rooms too.


MINUSES:


1) Very bad location, as too much in the interiors.


2) Rude, idiotic and cheating customer service desk.


3) Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. which is a total failure for early risers.


4) Room had broken showers, drawers and some of the lights were not working.


5) Restaurant was expensive for people staying and cheaper priced for outsiders.


6) Don’t expect any view from the rooms. My room had a building wall outside.


Avoid Room 317 as it has no view, rather had a bad view, prefer rooms on the road side.


Overall I will rate the property 3/5(*).
