I had called by pravin kamble and earlier he said he is executive person later when we got to know that the hotels he is providing is not even half of the amount we paid so I called him. He said you have to pay extra 8000 again where we were surprised after hearing that what type of maintenance they are taking in travel services which we are taking once in lifetime. Later on when I asked him my queries he started using abusive language saying first talk like punekar you are from vidharbha tu don’t have rights to talk with us he drag my sanskars and started talking very harsh, abusive, irritating tone, he said go to your vidharbha and stay there whereas in policy he didn’t mention anything, afterwards we got to know he is the great frauder, cheaper pravin kamble MD of company. I don’t understand how an MD can use such cheap language they should get trainings first about how to talk customers specially with women’s.
Now he is providing us hotels but are very far from city as we don’t have options he is trying to punish us . They don’t even give you time to go through agreement terms and conditions and once you take their policies they show there tantrums. This pravin kamble and Prasad Shetty is making fool to people when you fight for your rights they start using abusive, insulting language and will ask you how to talk with punekars we are living in one country in schools we say brothers and sisters even I am from Maharashtra still he talks like that to me so you can imagine how he is treating others. We have 1yr old baby we are only expecting for good hotels, at the time of agreement he said 1meal and breakfast is free but now he is saying he will provide hotels only. Pls don’t invest your single rupee on this fraud company they are just earning money by making you fool.
