RS Trade and marketing company is a Fraudulent company run by Mr.Rajesh and Ms.Swathy. May be they have 25 years experience in cheating customers. They have cheated many customers. There are several cases against them in T10 -Thirumullaivayil Police Station.
The worst part is the Police is not even taking any action against them. Their modus of operandi is When people post ads in online website s to sell their cars, they call those people and ask them to bring the car to their office in Annanur. Then they almost finalize the rate after after only slight negotiation with the party. They ask the Customer to provide all the Original documents including TO forms filled to them.
Then they enter into an agreement in a Stamp paper mentioning about all the Vehicle details and confirming that the payment would be done in 10 - 15 days. They also provide a post dated cheque. But even after the 15 days the payment will not be done and they will not give the vehicle back. In my case its almost 4 months and I have not been paid. I have tried to lodge a complaint in Thirumullaivayil Station but they are not helping the affected people and not taking any action against RS trading.
It is very big scam to the tune of more than 50 lakhs of rupees in my knowledge itself. As a common man I am being helpless to take any legal action against him or the company. The staffs are so rude and they threaten to take any worst step. Its a clean case of cheating and there are hundreds of people affected like me. I would like to warn people not to fall prey for these kind of scams and also please spread this message so that any affected people can unite to lodge complaint against the company.
