While booking bus ticket from RSRTC android application on 27th September 2014 , transaction was failed and amount deducted.
After being assured from DyGM(it)Mr.Chetan Prakash Sharma, refund should be credited in 6 - 7 days of failed transaction. But till date , no refund is given to me.
