On my recent visit to Rajasthan, one of my local friend suggested to book Government volvo instead of a private as one as they offer a nice service. He also informed me that tickets can be booked directly through the website.
The website is user friendly but you have to create a username and password before you proceed. I made one and immediately booked ticket. All the payment options were available. We can even select the bus and seat as per our preference. The only thing which I did not like about this website is the availability of buses as they were not showing all the buses.
Overall it’s a nice and user friendly website to book tickets.
