Worst attitude towards patients and their relatives. Even if you are on emergency, they would not care. They will simply not allow to meet patient even in case of emergency. By hooks or crooks, they will inflate the bill. Even if patient does not need to be admitted to ICU, they will convince you or create a situation so that patient get admitted to ICU.
Their floor manager has an attitude as if they are the PRINCE of a province. Their so called floor manager namely Soyel Goswami (+919836300661 ) and Sanjib Chatterjee ( +919836668159 ) has worst attitude you will experience on earth. Mark my word.
Instead of calling them floor manager u might like to call them SALES MANAGER. Their good behaviour cases to exist once you get admitted.
After, taking admission SALES MANAGER will call the shot. They would not damn listen to u. Bloody sales manager.
