Right from word go it was horrible as when I checked in the hotel, my booking was for executive room, however, room was not ready and front office requested me to wait. After waiting for almost 45minutes, they offer me room which is deluxe and not executive category.
Being a regular visitor, I raised the issue and then everyone started giving excuses and claimed that it has happened wrongly. When they got the form signed by me during check in formalities, daily rate for the room was mentioned on the form and it just not acceptable that the front office guys are not aware about the difference between deluxe and executive room. so right from word go this time stay was not so great and the attitude was totally wrong.
