Once again Ruby Hall ruined the happiest moment of my life. My wife’s delivery was done on 15 Feb 19, as we started treatment from May 18 from R ward, it was a cashless but at the last moment they ask me to pay amt. As being R ward patient it was free and I was informed to pay at the time of discharge. They should have informed me the very first day of admission which I did on may 18. The worst thing is they are kind of criminals they literally hold back baby and my wife for 3 days for the reason of payment. Finally I decided to pay as I got the msg of 26, 000 to pay. So next morning when I went to billing counter they handed me the bill of 56000. The day I started treatment from R ward the behaviour of everyone against the R ward is very rude. They treat as if R ward patients are not human. I have seen how they treated my wife till delivery and my wife have suffered a lot. In the above mentioned amount I would have treated my wife in a private hospital. People serving at Ruby Hall are all criminals .Everyone. the PRO & IPF department ladies .I hate to see there faces, they have made me run all the way and wasted 3 days by asking to stay out for 15 mins on regular basis. They really deserve people who come there and give them bad words and show them there real positions. They treat those people well but if anyone try to approach them politely they treat them like beggars. My baby was kept in ICU when he was born and after that immediately shifted to general ward were there were people surviving through various dangerous disease, how can they do that. They have shifted my wife to general ward immediately after the delivery .She wasn’t fully recovered at that time due to fresh stitches pain., Only because we were from R Ward. The bed which was allowed in general ward was infront of washroom were evrytime patients use to visit, there was hardly any space between 2 beds and due to hygiene issue my wife haven’t taken bath for all this time and feeding our baby in such situation. That is why I asked for immediate discharge and was ready to pay just to get out of Ruby Hall. Really I wont forgot this bad experience of Ruby hall will not go again to Ruby hall. People from R ward, then PRO departments Poonam, Nancy, Jensy & IPF department Sneha Jadhav all these ladies are black spot in the name of women they are no worst then criminals who uses there power against people instead of helping them. They will go through situations when they will realised that it’s the payback time for all the deeds they did. Government hospitals are better than Ruby Hall, they got concern for people, patients, and Ruby Hall only got concern for money - it is a money making institute. When time comes I will be working on evidence against Ruby Hall .Atleast other patient might get benefit from edit and would lessen there pain. They way people get aggressive with Ruby hall administration is very correct they deserve it.They don’t stop testing the patience of patients. Will pray for future that such money making institutes should be stopped in future and only government hospitals should remain.
