My mother went for a pet scan...the service was horrible and the staff was extremely rude.The docs in the ward behaved as if they were doing a big favor by attending us and looked very unprofessional, least bothered about what the patient is going through even though the patient was going through excruciating pain.The Doc seriously lacked quality and humanity.
As it is my mom was going through so much pain when asked for the ambulance after several requests to drop her back home as they had picked her up too she was back answered by saying ’ oh plz get the ambulance fast there are VIP’s waiting for it’ this was said by the authority for the ambulance service.If such people are appointed who lack human values they should be given a suspension letter or slapped across the face and I am 100% sure Dr.P K Grant is unaware of this or turning a deaf ear.I don’t think this is best hospital which they claim about.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE.
