Horrible experience. These guys charge 15% service charge for abosultely useless and shabby slow service. Also on top of that they charge you the VAT of 14.5% . And then service tax of 5% . Essentially I ended up paying 315 Rs in taxes on a bill of 675.
What kind of loot is this? I am never going there. Would strongly suggest people to go to hard rock cafe where service charge is 10%. U get brilliant personalized service and great music and ambience. Avoid ruby’s . Horrible thieves**strong text*
