Hey guys! I just want to share my experience with that particular service center, recently I put my bike Bajaj Discover 100t there for servicing with all concern problems I shared with them and they noted down.
First they told me you can take bike tomorrow but when I reach there they told we didn’t do anything yet due to heavy rush please come on tomorrow. Again when I go there and get my bike I was shocked when I saw the Bill they generated the bill of 2000rs when I checked it out each and every part they worked on they charged 80 rs a labour charge when I calculated it they had taken 400 rs as labor charge and I already paid extra 400 as servicing charge.
Problem not end up here when I drive the bike I found they have done nothing- no mileage issue resolved, no pickup issue, chain sound, tire bubbling nothing got solved.
When I complaint online in bajaj they said go there and put your bike again your problem will resolve and you will not chargeable this time.
Again when I go there put my bike next day when I drive I found the issue again.
I was frusted and decide not to go there and take a local mechanic for it. Local mechanic have taken 200rs and all the problems get resolved.
I’ll suggest dont go there even in dreams.
