After coming across the bombarding ad of Rummy Circle, I finally decided to give it a try because the interface genuinely felt polished, and upon playing it, even the gameplay runs smoothly, variations like Points, Pool, and Deals are all there, and joining tables is fast. But after a handful of wins, I hit a strange streak of losses, and frankly, it felt rigged. When I heeded further, lots of other users also complained about bots manipulating outcomes. Customer support doesn’t turn out to be as reliable as they claim to be. Though I did get a decent welcome bonus, the excitement vanished when withdrawals stalled on weekends. Overall: good design and gameplay variety, but shady practices and poor support are the only factors that drag it down.
