I was happy in the last visit but in this visit, the place had been turned upside down, with utterly unprofessional and disrespectful staff who did not have basic respect for the customer. They were argumentative, eating on the counter and having a gossip session around that area, bad mouthing customers and on being pointed out, instead of extending basic apology they continued to misbehave. It was a horrible experience, an absolute ordeal to live through, I feel as if I have wasted my money and destroyed my peace of my mind. I would never return to this place ever. I stay in USA and I have never seen this kind of outrageous behavior in any country that I have been to. I was this close to calling the police for all the misbehavior that has been caused. I just could not stoop down to the same level as their uncultured staff. Having a good place is not enough in service industry, one needs good staff too. I had so many services to be done, I cut them short so that I don’t have to deal with these people ever again.I hope this helps the people and they can save themselves from having a distasteful experience.
