Hi I am Afsal. Today I would like to share my experience with RuPay credit card. Actually I have been usin the RuPay credit card of south Indian bank more than 4 years. For the last 2 years I really started using the credit card more. I used the card for Shopping, Online shopping and online billing.
In case of shopping all the shops are accepting the RuPay credit card and there is no problems with real life shipping. But for me I didn’t get a satisfactory experience in online fieald using this credit card. All the shopping sites are accepting this credit card but the loading time is too slow and if we entered the card number it will take lots of time to receive the OTP. Some time the otp may expired and we need to do it again. This is the major problem I got experienced from the RuPay credit card.
The atm charges of this card is not too much it is affordable. I don’t know wether it is low or high because I only used RuPay card and I don’t know what charges other card takes.
It is good but need lots of improvement in online servicing.
