While trying to Link my Paytym repay debit card account in PayPal I could not do so as because in international basis RuPay is not much accepted by major brands PayPal, eBay.uk and various other brands.
The major disadvantage there is no recognization for RuPay account globally, however nationally its the best.
RuPay is not the best compared to visa or master card.
