Hi I am writing this review after using rupay card for more than 3 years.i have 2 visa debit card and 1 rupay card.
sometimes when I want to pay for groceries and other products online mostly all online companies denies this card.i dont know why they denied.even petrol pumps dont take these cards as they say they don’t have machines for these.customer service is of no use for rupay cards seriously. you have to put your phone on to your ear for almost 30 minutes to talk to customer care and I dont think they have knowledge regarding any problem.
rates and charges of this card is on high sides.i am not satisfies with this card at all.
