I was working with the Ryan for last two years as a teacher and believe me, It was a horrible experience now I have joined another school and very satisfied and happy about my decision.From Where should I start, well I was getting 15000/month(with all my experience)teaching higher classes.They don’t give free periods, we have to teach continuously morning till the departure time.
All the teachers are overloaded with work that’s why teachers leave the school very frequently in the middle of the session and school is not bothered..they will not recruit immediately..they will wait and wait until exams are on the head then they will recruit anyone who can complete the syllabus in less then a week..
Lets talk about the principal first..Mr Prashanth who is on the phone all the time as he is the busiest person on this earth.If you greet him in the morning, he will never reply and pretend that he is on phone..All the teacher just give prefernce to complete the syllabus by hook or by crook because they are overloaded with work.Everything happens for the namesake..observations are biased..supervisor/coordinators give good remarks to their friends..
If you are a good teacher..very active then you can not survive in this school as there are some teachers who are there for 8-9 yrs..they will not let you live. The Receptionist talks like talking to the maids ..there is no respect for teachers whatsoever.
